Chronos, the advanced monitoring

Chronos is the realization of the smart metering concept and brings it to a higher level of sophistication by achieving full synergy between optimal hardware and IT solutions.
The basis of the our product is an intelligent metering system. It consists of hardware solutions developed by the IDEA NCBJ team, which are simply and quick integrated with the customer's existing metering infrastructure.
These devices allow to remote read a lot of operating parameters of generation and energy consumption points with frequency up to 1 minute, and to send them in real time to the computing cloud.
Through the Chronos software the customer gets access to the data with the possibility to perform any operations on them.

The main advantage of the Chronos system are its modules which allow for comprehensive analysis and reporting, defining consumption and generation profiles for any period of time, creating alerts on failures or overruns, tracking savings generated by the consumption and generation model adopted by the customer, etc.
The information obtained from Chronos system supports the evaluation of the effectiveness of the RES solutions adopted by the local authority, energy community, energy cluster or enterprise. It also supports the decision making process for optimization or investment plans aimed at increasing energy efficiency.
Chronos works on the basis of current data - energy demand and generation profiles, economic parameters of energy sources, defined legislative and market environment.

One system, many possibilities

Data monitoring and visualization

The system monitors and presents on charts the current operating status of all units. Obtained data may be aggregated at any level and compared according to set criteria. The user has full access to historical data.

Analytics

Analysis and optimization of hourly generation and energy consumption profiles for all monitored devices. Automatic reports and analysis are prepared using machine learning.

Alerts

Transparent system of notifications about events in monitored points based on 3-level system of importance. Notification (SMS, e-mail) on exceeding of user-defined operating parameters of any device. Notifications when set financial or environmental goals are met. Failure detection.

Business support

Simulations of financial and environmental results for the client's planned changes in the energy mix. Economic efficiency assessment of selected energy tariffs and contracted power for each point.

Communication

Visualizations and reports generated by Chronos are an effective form of communication of energy management efficiency measures, used in information to stakeholders, the media, and on websites or other media.

Parameterization

Our team will help to feed the Chronos system with the correct parameters of the metered units, the power grid and other relevant factors necessary for the customer to choose the right optimization, retrofit or investment scenario.
